Mr. Cyril B. Romney was born on March 1, 1931 on the island of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. He is a former educator, civil servant, legislator and Chief Minister of the BVI. He is currently the Chairman of the Romney Group which he and his wife, Lily, jointly formed more than 30 years ago.
